Fee Structure (Per year):

• Individual:                        $200

• Additional 1st member:     $  50

• Additional 2nd member:    $  50

• Other additional members  $    0

• Registration fee does not cover any books and/or supplies required for the study. Students are advised to purchase the books recommended by Samskrita Bharaiti. Information on purchase of books will be sent to students after registration.

• Beginning school year of 2024-25, the fee has been increased due to increase in Rental and custodial fees from Fairfax County Public Schools.

• Fee is for the entire year and is collected upon enrollment. Fees for a family is capped at $300.

• “Family” discounts included in the fee structure above are applicable for spouse and children only. Adult siblings should be considered a different family.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• After the payment has been made, if the registrants wish to cancel their registration, a nominal cancellation fee would be charged as per the following policy.

  • Cancellation on or before Oct 6, 2024 - cancellation charge of $10 per registration

  • Cancellation after Oct 6, 2024 - no refunds

 

Rules and Regulations:

• Classes are run by volunteers. For efficient running of the classes, parents are requested to volunteer and share responsibilities in various activities.
